Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped one to two days after payment processing. The majority of orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Larger orders may be shipped via FedEx. Expedited shipping options are available. International shipments are shipped via USPS Priority or Express (chosen during checkout procedure). Please keep in mind that we are not open weekends and holiday's, so orders placed after 2pm MST Friday, or the day before a holiday, will most likely not be processed until the following business day. The shipper ensures that the merchandise contains a correct customs invoice for import into other countries. Every country has its own rules with regards to importation of nutritional supplements and devices. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they comply with any local requirements for import. We cannot be held responsible for import duties; or if customs refuses to let the merchandise enter, destroys it or sends it back. We retain the right to charge the customer any duties/taxes that the shipping company initialy charged us. No refund can be given if merchandise is not returned to us. If merchandise is returned, for example when the recipient refuses to pay customs duties, then we can only refund the merchandise in good condition without shipping cost and minus any incurred costs such as shipping the products back to us, storage fees etc. If any documentation is requested for the importation of the products, we will provide it if what is required can reasonable be expected from a manufacturer of nutritional supplements and devices.
NOTE TO CUSTOMERS IN MEXICO, SPAIN, BRAZIL, AND OTHER SPANISH AND SOUTH AMERICAN COUNTRIES: If your order is held in customs or denied entry by customs, we cannot refund your order until it is returned to us. Shipping charges generally are not refunded.
Where is my tracking number?
Unfortunately our main accounting system and our web system aren't sync'd at this time - please call us to get your tracking number. We will normally have your tracking number the next business day.
How do I return an item?
Upon arrival of your order, please examine the contents. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately.
Return for Refund - within 30 days from purchase date
Return for Credit on Account - within 90 days from purchase date
Exchange for another Product - within 90 days from purchase date
Only unopened product can be returned for credit, refund or exchange.
NO Credit, Exchange, or refunds after 90 days from purchase date, any items returned after 90 days will be sent back to customer and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Books, Teas, Bulk Herbs Bath Baggies and Custom Herbal Combinations cannot be returned at any time.
