U.S. Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped one to two days after payment processing. The majority of orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping options are available. International shipments are shipped via USPS Priority or Express (chosen during checkout procedure). Please keep in mind that we are not open weekends and holiday's, so orders placed after 2pm MST Friday, or the day before a holiday, will most likely not be processed until the following business day. International shipping quotes on website orders may vary from actual shipping cost, in which case we will adjust the shipping charges prior to processing payment. International Shipping Policy

I understand that I am responsible for all licenses or other legal requirements needed to import these products into my country. I am also aware that I am required to provide all the needed documentation requested by my local customs office and to pay all duties, taxes, and any other fees required.

I understand that,

• in the event my shipment is damaged, lost, detained, or gets rejected by Customs or is unable to be delivered for any reason,
• if I refuse to accept delivery of the order or refuse to pay the duties and taxes associated with the delivery,
  
  Mountain Meadow Herbs, Inc. will not be liable to issue a refund for products or to cover any shipping costs incurred due to any trouble with the international shipment.
